Let's Get Healthy

Healthy doesn’t mean you should diet, and it doesn’t mean you should exercise. Healthy means you feel good. If you hate the foods your eating and dread the gym…what’s the friggen point!

Yes, you must take care of the body with proper foods and some exercise, if you want it. But that doesn’t mean 1 hour of cardio and kale salads is all you have to eat. We’ve found much easier ways.

What we’ve learned from experience is that you most likely can’t get, or stay, healthy because you don’t have your mind healthy. A healthy brain will send all the right signals to the body to do those simple things like, digest food and burn fat!

You can''t have self control and be stressed, they are literally competing for the same resources at the same time. While self restraint is nice, I am more concerned about stress. As we wrote in our guide on how to relieve stress, that you can get here, stress is a major reason people can''t lose weight. I myself was a victim…

I''m reading Dr. Kelly McGonigal''s book, The Willpower Instinct and it''s very insightful. Honestly, it''s kind of funny that all the stuff we teach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is now backed up by rigorous scientific research. It''s sad though, people don''t think something is true until it''s proven with science, even though time doesn''t change truth....remember that for future articles ;) I''ve been meditating for a while now and being an ADHD prodigy I will be the first to say…
